Workplace Treatments

All treatments are designed to fit easily into the working day and can be offered as 15–30 minute sessions that staff can book around meetings and work commitments.

Only a small private room is required. I bring everything needed, including a professional Lafuma treatment chair, towels and calming elements to create a relaxing environment within your workplace.​​​

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

I also offer interactive wellbeing workshops that give staff practical tools they can use throughout the day to manage stress and support their wellbeing.

Workshops may include:

• Simple self-applied reflexology techniques for stress relief
• Breathing and grounding exercises to calm the nervous system

• Practical strategies to improve sleep and relaxation

These sessions are engaging, accessible and empowering — giving staff tools they can continue using long after the session ends.
