Supporting you through lifes challenges

Our story
After years of producing popular TV shows the high pressure environment and long working hours took its toll. My nervous system was constantly on high alert, and I experienced high levels of stress, anxiety and burn out. The one way I learned how to calm my body and mind was through reflexology. The euphoria I felt after receiving my first reflexology treatment is something I will never forget and I soon knew it was going to be an integral part of my life.
It was when I was struggling with fertility issues and had turned again to reflexology to support me through this painful time that I had the light bulb moment that I wanted to train in reflexology and support others in the same way it was supporting me. The physical touch alongside the care and nurture from my reflexologist provided so much calm and comfort to me and promoted a huge shift in mindset. I was determined to bring this relief to others who may be experiencing the same.
Since then I have been on the most incredible journey training to be a reflexologist and holistic practitioner. I am in awe of each person I meet, the journey they’re on and how the power of touch can support us on both a physical and emotional level. I am deeply passionate about making each person who comes through my doors feel lighter, cared for and nourished. Life can be so tricky especially when going through challenges or moments of change and I am dedicated to creating treatments so the body and mind can heal, rebalance and work at its best.
I have trained with leading experts in the field:
-
Reflexology with Louise Keet at the London School of Reflexology
-
Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift & Indian Head Massage with Ziggie Bergman
-
Maternity Reflexology with Sally Earlam
I am a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists, ensuring high professional standards, ongoing training and safe, evidence-informed care.
I’m passionate about caring for every client as an individual. By listening carefully and tailoring each treatment, I blend techniques to reduce stress and encourage the body’s natural ability to restore and heal.
Clients often see me for
Scientific evidence has proven that touch has profound effects on the body and mind regulating the nervous system, increasing the feelings of well-being, safety and triggering the parasympathetic response.

Stress relief Reflexology and restorative touch encourages deep relaxation by calming the nervous system and allowing the body to shift out of “fight or flight” mode. Research has shown that reflexology can reduce stress and anxiety levels while promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Hormonal health Hormonal changes can affect sleep, mood, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. Reflexology is often sought for support with PMS, menopause and general hormonal wellbeing, helping to calm the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural balance. Human touch can increase the release of oxytocin, the powerful modulator of stress, pain and inflammation, reducing cortisol levels and increasing immune processes.

Fertility Reflexology is often used to support people on their fertility journey by encouraging relaxation and helping the body move towards balance. Stress and emotional pressure can play a significant role when trying to conceive, and reflexology provides a calm space to support both body and mind.

Maternity Reflexology can be a wonderful support during pregnancy and after birth. Many expectant mothers use reflexology to help manage stress, improve sleep, and support overall wellbeing during pregnancy. Treatments are always adapted carefully to suit each stage of pregnancy and recovery.

Sleep Many people struggle with sleep at different times in their lives. Research suggests that reflexology may help improve sleep quality. During a reflexology session many clients experience a deep sense of relaxation, which can help the body switch out of “fight or flight” mode and into a more restorative state. This relaxation may make it easier to fall asleep and support more restful, restorative sleep.

Pain relief Reflexology is widely used as a complementary therapy to help manage different types of pain, including headaches, migraines, back ache and muscular tension.

Sinusitus Facial Reflexology works gently across reflex points on the face that correspond with the sinus cavities, helping to stimulate natural drainage, reduce tension and encourage clearer breathing. Indian Head Massage can further support by easing tightness in the scalp, temples, neck and shoulders — areas that often become tense when sinus pressure builds.

Natural facial rejuvenation

This deeply relaxing facial treatment works with facial reflexology, massage techniques and gentle tools to stimulate circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage and support the skin’s natural production of collagen and elastin.
Clients often notice a healthy glow even after their first treatment, and a course of sessions can help soften fine lines, reduce puffiness and support clearer, more toned skin.

What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands or face to stimulate the body's natural healing process. It can help to relieve tension and promote overall wellbeing.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy designed to work alongside conventional medical care, supporting your body’s natural balance and wellbeing — it is never intended as a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.
